Ellen originally began her massage therapy career at The Mindful Body in San Francisco in 2007, and—after 5 years of practice in the state of California—she moved to NYC where she completed her Licensed Massage Therapy certification for the State of New York. Ellen is a graduate of the Swedish Institute and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is dynamic and informed by the practice and teachings of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, of Mysore, India.
Ellen is also a formally trained Chef, a Certified Gerson Therapy caregiver, and a seasoned Birthing Doula. Ellen enjoys creating a balanced bodywork session by incorporating Ayurveda, 5 element theory of Chinese medicine, and classical Swedish/Deep Tissue techniques.

Kurt specializes in Swedish and deep tissue massage, incorporating myofascial release, trigger point techniques, and sports massage into his practice. He has trained in Shiatsu massage as well. Kurt has worked in both clinics and spas and enjoys partnering with clients to achieve their personal health goals, whether they are post-injury rehabilitation, personal maintenance, or simply relaxing the body and quieting the mind.
Kurt is a graduate of the Swedish Institute, and licensed by New York State and certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). He is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Jali is a graduate of the Swedish Institute. Jali’s passion is helping his clients improve their overall health through massage. His sessions are client-centered, and he is skilled in a variety of massage techniques including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports massage, Myosfascial Massage, Trigger point Therapy, and Shiatsu. He uses the therapeutic and relaxation practices of Western and Eastern massage to help bring healing to his clients on a spiritual, emotional, and physical level.
Jali has worked on athletes at various sporting events which include Westchester Triathalon and Toughman Half Ironman, offering post-event sport massage to the participants. Jali is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Yasu was born and raised in Japan, and has been living in NYC for over 20 years. After an earthquake shook Japan in 2011, she visited some of the most damaged regions and became inspired to pursue a career in the healing modality of massage. A graduate of the Cortiva Institute and member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Yasu believes in customizing a unique treatment for each client. Her work includes a combination of swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, and shiatsu techniques. She is honored to help her clients lead better lives by releasing tension in their bodies and minds.

Diego is a graduate of The Finger Lakes School of Massage in Westchester, licensed by New York State. Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). As a highly perceptive therapist, Diego defines the effectiveness of his approach around Modern Neuromuscular Technique, also referred to as Myofascial Trigger Points. Gentle palpation and sustained pressure throughout his sessions lead the web of fascia in our bodies to become lengthened and resilient. His keen understanding in tensegrity and myofascial planes generate healthier outcomes particularly for those suffering from chronic conditions. It is with compassion at the heart of every session that Diego finds massage therapy as a medium to become a better person himself. Patrina grew up in a culture that was heavily influenced by homeopathy. This deepened her interest in holistic and touch therapy. Patrina completed her AOS in Massage Therapy at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2018 and is certified in Advanced Massage Therapies with that school as well. She is a military veteran who became more body aware after suffering injuries during her service and is now committed to learning as well as teaching others about the influence of touch in healing. Her drive to constantly learn new things pushes her to find new and better ways to help her clients resolve their complaints of pain and stress. Patrina hopes to further her studies in massage and body work to better serve her clients.

Brogan is a strong believer in the restorative power of caring, therapeutic touch. He combines Eastern and Western massage techniques for an integrated session which can be tailored to fit the needs of each individual. Since graduating from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2017, Brogan has developed the skills to treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal disorders, postural imbalances, and general overuse injuries caused by day to day wear and tear. He enjoys working with clients on preventative holistic care to ensure that we not only treat the issue at hand, but also develop an understanding of how to prevent injury in the future. It is his goal to work together with his clients to help them: manage their pain, reduce the effects of stress, bring awareness to their body, and promote holistic wellness. After a long culinary career nourishing his patrons wellness through food, Ryan sought out another longtime passion and enrolled in the massage program at The Swedish Institute, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2016. Since that time he has been refining his skills as a massage therapist, integrating an array of modalities to customize each and every session to best fit with his client’s needs and goals.
Ryan believes that the stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system is vital to the healing process. He integrates that philosophy into every massage session by using smooth, rhythmic relaxation techniques while integrating deep tissue techniques to address areas of specific need.

Amey is a NY State Licensed Therapist with 20 years of massage therapy experience. She started her career in Virginia, where she maintained a private practice for several years. Upon moving to New York in 2006, Amey continued her education at Pacific College. There she focused on learning Eastern modalities and techniques, whilst still working as lead therapist at Club-H in Hoboken. After receiving her NY license she gained quality spa experience at Soho Sanctuary before starting her career at Massage Williamsburg. Additionally, Amey has studied medical qigong, herbal medicine, and aromatherapy. She continues to educate herself in healthful practices. She recently received her Biology degree and is now studying Nutrition & Food Science/ Public Health at NYU. She is passionate about wellness and preventive care. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management prior to her completion of Swedish’s Massage Therapy Program. Hope is a graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (2019) where she developed an expertise in injury rehabilitation through an internship with Joffrey Ballet School and trained as a MaMassage® prenatal-certified practitioner. A native of the Upper West Side, Hope holds a B.A. from Oberlin College where she majored in Environmental Studies and minored in Dance. She developed an interest in the therapeutic nature of touch during her dance studies, where she was exposed to somatic therapy, craniosacral exercises and Feldenkrais.
Hope believes that therapeutic touch plays a critical role in personal wellness, and in developing a massage session carefully tailored to each individual’s history, goals, and personal complaints. Through an integration of Eastern and Western modalities, Hope’s aim is to help her clients improve body awareness, manage areas of weakness and deficiency, alleviate tension and, ultimately, play an active role in their own journey to wellness.

Yelena holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, and her Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine in Acupuncture. She is a New York State licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Pacific College, specializing in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and prenatal massage. Yelena has worked with pregnant women at the Lutheran Hospital, focusing on their fitness, wellness and preparing for labor with massage therapy and acupuncture.
Yelena loves what she does and is passionate about each clients’ health and wellness. Her motto is “Healing the world, One body at a time.” Yelena also enjoys dancing and performing on a semiprofessional level as a salsa dancer.

Kazu is a NY State Licensed Massage Therapist. He is a graduate of the Swedish Institute and a member of The American Massage Therapy Association. Kazu also works as a massage therapist at a physical therapy clinic in Manhattan. His specialty is a blend of trigger point therapy and swedish massage to address tension in the back, neck, and shoulders. Kazu is also proficient in deep tissue massage, traditional shiatsu, and stretching.
