I was living in Barcelona, Spain, when I first studied Abhyanga yoga massage, a combination of Ayurveda and Thai, followed by Marma Points therapy and Body mapping. Back in my home country, Italy, I got a degree in Traditional Ayurveda Massage and Rasayana (rejuvenating) Therapies at the Ayurveda International Academy of Florence.
After moving to New York City, I attended the New York College of Health Professions and graduated in December 2019. I don't use a specific modality, my massage is mainly intuitive with a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, MFR, Thai and unconditional love!
