    One of her primary interests lies in structural integration and osteopathic bodywork. She was a national team member athlete and has experienced both receiving and giving massage for athletic performance, injury prevention, and recovery. She creates individualized sessions in deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point, Swedish, shiatsu, and energy methods. She also specializes in prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage.

    She is a practicing martial artist in the Taoist tradition of Wudang Pai, and draws from this in helping clients develop postural awareness and self-correction. Her goals are to help you find release and recovery. She graduated from the Swedish Institute and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New York. She speaks English and German.

    To Sydney massage is an art form and is constantly humbled within her practice. She studied at Finger Lakes School of Massage where she was taught the importance of balance within the mind, body, and soul. In her practice she integrates Swedish, deep tissue, Shiatsu, foot reflexology, trigger point, and other modalities  tailoring it to fit each clients need. She offers a space for her clients to feel safe and heard giving the time to pause, relax, and assist in your journey to heal.

    Jon is a board certified massage therapist who graduated from New York College of Health Professions and is continuing his education towards a Bachelor in Acupuncture. He specializes in acupressure, thai massage, cupping, aromatherapy, and deep tissue. Experienced in an acupuncture clinic setting, Jon is well versed in both relaxation and medical massage. When deemed appropriate, therapeutic joint movements and muscle stretches may be integrated with each tailored massage treatment. Jon believes this only furthers the quality of the treatment and overall quality of life with each of his clients. Outside of work Jon enjoys fitness, nutrition, and collecting crystals.

    Hui Ling “Sharon” Lam is an NYC based Licensed Massage Therapist from Malaysia. Having been introduced to massage at a young age, Sharon has always been a fan of massages and incorporates massage therapy into her own physical and emotional health regiment. Sharon is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Her massage training is enriched by her participation in community outreach programs such as the Tunnel to Towers program (a 5K run and walk dedicated to the memory of Stephen Siller, a firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001) 2016 and 2017, and the Womenkind (previously New York Asian Women Center) outreach program at PCOM in August 2017. Sharon began training as an aerialist with a focus on aerial silks and aerial hoop (lyra) in 2015. She is also a Yoga and Aerial Yoga instructor, receiving her certifications from Warrior Bridge and Om Factory respectively. Sharon is also certified in Prenatal Massage under the instruction of Kiera Nagle, creator of MaMassage® and Assistant Dean of PCOM. She continuously strives to provide therapeutic experiences with a client-centered approach and enjoys working with athletes, high mobility clientele, and Weekend Warriors.

    Hope is a graduate of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (2019) where she developed an expertise in injury rehabilitation through an internship with Joffrey Ballet School and trained as a MaMassage® prenatal-certified practitioner. A native of the Upper West Side, Hope holds a B.A. from Oberlin College where she majored in Environmental Studies and minored in Dance. She developed an interest in the therapeutic nature of touch during her dance studies, where she was exposed to somatic therapy, craniosacral exercises and Feldenkrais.

    Hope believes that therapeutic touch plays a critical role in personal wellness, and in developing a massage session carefully tailored to each individual’s history, goals, and personal complaints. Through an integration of Eastern and Western modalities, Hope’s aim is to help her clients improve body awareness, manage areas of weakness and deficiency, alleviate tension and, ultimately, play an active role in their own journey to wellness.

    Patrick became a massage therapist to help people manage and prevent pain and injuries. In his years of experience he has helped people overcome specific outpatient orthopedic injuries, postural dysfunctions, pre and post operation conditions and sports injuries. He will listen to you to tailor a massage to your specific needs and make you feel better. Patrick is a lifelong athlete and in a past life competed in two NCAA cross country championships. His battles with his own injuries inspired him to study massage therapy at the Swedish Institute so he could help others.

    Sarah has been a licensed massage therapist since 2015. She combines intuition and technical skill to provide a touch that allows her clients to fully relax and heal. She works slowly and engages with the body to assess what it needs, working to alleviate any tension or pain. Her style combines a mixture of Swedish and deep tissue techniques to provide a relaxing and effective massage. Sarah has hands of intuition that will give you nurturing comfort while providing therapeutic techniques to give you the proper care your body needs.

    Taryn is an honor graduate of Swedish Institute: A College of Health Sciences in New York City. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management prior to her completion of Swedish’s Massage Therapy Program. Taryn seeks to offer relief to individuals battling with chronic pain and illnesses throughout the body. She’s extremely familiar with the affects of stress on the body from a personal stand point and believes in the holistic benefits of massage, in all of its modalities, for treatment and as alternative pain management. Stemming from southern roots, she wishes to introduce massage and its benefits to underserved communities that need it most.

    Amy Lynn

    Amy is a graduate of Pacific College of Health and Science and a member of the AMTA. She uses a blend of Swedish, deep tissue, reflexology, and trigger point work to make sure each session is exactly what the client needs. Amy has great success helping people reduce their anxiety and helping clients create the space to help the body heal itself. She believes that the power of touch and the energy we surround ourselves with are the fundamental keys to a better life. She is also trained and certified in MaMassage prenatal massage and a budding birth doula. The best thing to help yourself is to pause, take a breath, and take some time for yourself.

    Bismark is a graduate from Pacific College of Health and Science. His passion in working with the body comes from being a personal trainer for 6 years and his passion lies in bridging the gap between the worlds of fitness and bodywork. He believes that incorporating these practices into one's routine can help people improve their health and is essential to holistic wellbeing. His work is always tailored to the individual client, whether they need specific trigger point therapy or deep tissue massage. He also specializes in Tui Na and sports massage which can help people restore movement and improve performance. His ability to connect with his clients makes the treatment process seamless as the level of comfort between a therapist and client can make for a better outcome.

    Tatiana Green is a graduate of Swedish Institute of Health Sciences and a member of American Massage Therapy Association. She is certified in Medical Massage. Tatiana explores a variety of modalities that include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Trigger point Therapy, Myofascial Release and Prenatal. 

    The journey of healing inspires her to assist others on their path. She designs unique treatments per client that combines different techniques to address pain and promote relaxation.

    Emmanuel is a  graduate from Swedish Institute of Health Sciences for massage therapy and is also a member of AMTA. His main focus is using Medical Massage to heal postural imbalances and relieve pain. He also practices a variety of different modalities such as Swedish,Sport massage,  Deep tissue, and Trigger point therapy. 

    With this blend of techniques he can lead you to the right path of healing and bring health and vitality to your life. 

    It is his belief that we can build a heaven on earth by learning to grow physically , mentally, and spiritually. In that path we will face many obstacles; but by relentlessly working to be a better version of ourselves  we can learn to heal our past, plan for the future, and live in the present. Whether these challenges  are physical, mental, or spiritual we must take a leap of faith on the path of healing and growth. Have the courage to take that first step.
