At PRESS in Greenpoint, massage is more than a way to relax.

It’s a way to help your body function better.

Every session is tailored to what your body actually needs that day: whether you’re carrying chronic neck and shoulder tension, recovering from workouts, dealing with headaches, lower back pain, stress, or simply feeling worn down by the pace of life in Brooklyn. Our work is deeply rooted in anatomy and informed by years of hands-on therapeutic experience, blending orthopedic, medical, and sports massage techniques with an approach that still feels calming, grounded, and human.

We don’t believe in cookie-cutter massage. Your therapist takes the time to understand your patterns, tension, injuries, and goals before building a session specifically for you. The result is focused, effective bodywork designed to relieve pain, improve mobility, support circulation, accelerate recovery, and help your nervous system finally downshift.

Whether you’re searching for massage therapy near Greenpoint, prenatal massage, deep tissue massage, or ongoing support for chronic tension and stress, PRESS offers thoughtful, results-driven care in a warm, modern space designed to help you feel better in your body. Book your session today.
