One of her primary interests lies in structural integration and osteopathic bodywork. She was a national team member athlete and has experienced both receiving and giving massage for athletic performance, injury prevention, and recovery. She creates individualized sessions in deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point, Swedish, shiatsu, and energy methods. She also specializes in prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage.
She is a practicing martial artist in the Taoist tradition of Wudang Pai, and draws from this in helping clients develop postural awareness and self-correction. Her goals are to help you find release and recovery. She graduated from the Swedish Institute and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New York. She speaks English and German.

Jon is a board certified massage therapist who graduated from New York College of Health Professions and is continuing his education towards a Bachelor in Acupuncture. He specializes in acupressure, thai massage, cupping, aromatherapy, and deep tissue. Experienced in an acupuncture clinic setting, Jon is well versed in both relaxation and medical massage. When deemed appropriate, therapeutic joint movements and muscle stretches may be integrated with each tailored massage treatment. Jon believes this only furthers the quality of the treatment and overall quality of life with each of his clients. Outside of work Jon enjoys fitness, nutrition, and collecting crystals.

In his years of experience he has helped people overcome specific outpatient orthopedic injuries, postural dysfunctions, pre and post operation conditions and sports injuries. He will listen to you to tailor a massage to your specific needs and make you feel better. Patrick is a lifelong athlete and in a past life competed in two NCAA cross country championships. His battles with his own injuries inspired him to study massage therapy at the Swedish Institute so he could help others.

Shadi is a Licensed Massage Therapist from Northern California. She attended QCC, graduating with honors and earning her degree in Massage Therapy. Shortly after receiving her NY State license, she received her prenatal certification. Shadi considers working with the pregnant population a privilege, and her nurturing touch makes a perfect match for expecting parents-to-be. She has come to be known for her ability to immediately put clients at ease, and for creating a safe & judgment-free environment.
Shadi takes a holistic approach, recognizing that body & mind are intrinsically linked. She specializes in Swedish massage incorporating deep tissue work, trigger point techniques, aromatherapy and Eastern elements into her sessions as well. She is very intuitive about the human body, and is so happy to be able to help provide deep relaxation, relief & restoration to others through her learned techniques, healing hands and warm, calming energy.
