3 Tips To Keep You Grounded This Summer

Happy Summer Solstice - today marks the first official day of Summer and I'm sure we're all excited for consistently warm weather. YAY!!!

It's time for vacations to the beach, afterwork cocktails with your colleagues and all around fun in the sun! But what's less talked about is what we like to call the "Summer Swings" - mood swings that is. As much as we love this season - some people experience a fluctuation of stress and anxiety. Whether it's struggles with budgeting money, working on important entrepreneurial projects, coping with the challenging political climate or simply handling the day to day hurdles of living in the city - we want to share 3 tips on how to keep you happy and mentally healthy this Summer!

Keeping a "Stress Journal" can be helpful in allowing you to be 100% honest with yourself so that you can begin to target the areas of your life that stress you out. Trying to get to the root of your stress is key in learning out to dismantle it.
