    Ellen originally began her massage therapy career at The Mindful Body in San Francisco in 2007, and—after 5 years of practice in the state of California—she moved to NYC where she completed her Licensed Massage Therapy certification for the State of New York. Ellen is a graduate of the Swedish Institute and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. She is dynamic and informed by the practice and teachings of Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, of Mysore, India.

    Ellen is also a formally trained Chef, a Certified Gerson Therapy caregiver, and a seasoned Birthing Doula. Ellen enjoys creating a balanced bodywork session by incorporating Ayurveda, 5 element theory of Chinese medicine, and classical Swedish/Deep Tissue techniques.

Kurt has worked in both clinics and spas and enjoys partnering with clients to achieve their personal health goals, whether they are post-injury rehabilitation, personal maintenance, or simply relaxing the body and quieting the mind.

    Kurt is a graduate of the Swedish Institute, and  licensed by New York State and certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB). He is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

He uses the therapeutic and relaxation practices of Western and Eastern massage to help bring healing to his clients on a spiritual, emotional, and physical level.

    Jali has worked on athletes at various sporting events which include Westchester Triathalon and Toughman Half Ironman, offering post-event sport massage to the participants. Jali is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

    Diego is a graduate of The Finger Lakes School of Massage in Westchester, licensed by New York State. Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). As a highly perceptive therapist, Diego defines the effectiveness of his approach around Modern Neuromuscular Technique, also referred to as Myofascial Trigger Points. Gentle palpation and sustained pressure throughout his sessions lead the web of fascia in our bodies to become lengthened and resilient. His keen understanding in tensegrity and myofascial planes generate healthier outcomes particularly for those suffering from chronic conditions. It is with compassion at the heart of every session that Diego finds massage therapy as a medium to become a better person himself. As a final thought, Diego welcomes challenging cases and encourages those who suffer from chronic trauma to never give up on hope.

    Patrina grew up in a culture that was heavily influenced by homeopathy. This deepened her interest in holistic and touch therapy. Patrina completed her AOS in Massage Therapy at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2018 and is certified in Advanced Massage Therapies with that school as well. She is a military veteran who became more body aware after suffering injuries during her service and is now committed to learning as well as teaching others about the influence of touch in healing. Her drive to constantly learn new things pushes her to find new and better ways to help her clients resolve their complaints of pain and stress.  Patrina hopes to further her studies in massage and body work to better serve her clients.

    After a long culinary career nourishing his patrons wellness through food, Ryan sought out another longtime passion and enrolled in the massage program at The Swedish Institute, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2016. Since that time he has been refining his skills as a massage therapist, integrating an array of modalities to customize each and every session to best fit with his client’s needs and goals.

    Ryan believes that the stimulation of the parasympathetic nervous system is vital to the healing process. He integrates that philosophy into every massage session by using smooth, rhythmic relaxation techniques while integrating deep tissue techniques to address areas of specific need.

    Yelena holds a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology, and her Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine in Acupuncture. She is a New York State licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Pacific College, specializing in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and prenatal massage. Yelena has worked with pregnant women at the Lutheran Hospital, focusing on their fitness, wellness and preparing for labor with massage therapy and acupuncture.

    Yelena loves what she does and is passionate about each clients’ health and wellness. Her motto is “Healing the world, One body at a time.”  Yelena also enjoys dancing and performing on a semiprofessional level as a salsa dancer.

    Yevgeniy is a graduate from NYCHP-( New York College of Health professions). This college provided excelent training in Western massage techniques  with an extended program deeply focused in Asian body works such as Shiatsu , Tuina and Thai massage. The knowledge and understanding of both Western and Estern techniques and modalities allow Yevgeniy to create an individual therapeutic session for each of our clients in accordance to their complaints and condition. He does this through manipulations of powerfull energy points and meridians incorporated into Swedish massage to enhance the healing effect on the body.
    Yevgeniy specialized in general relaxation-flow Swedish massage,  Deep tissue massage and Miofascial Trigger point therapy.
    His goal is to provide maximum relaxation, physical and emotional balance to his client by the means of the healing touch meditation and love. He is very passionate and dedicated Massage therapist.
