He draws upon influences from Tai-Chi, Sound Therapy, Thai Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep-Tissue Massage, and Lomilomi Hawaiian Restorative Healing. Casey also has “MaMassage” Prenatal Training and Certification.

He graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New York. He speaks English and French.

Ellen

"One day, or day one. You decide."

I am a NY state licensed massage therapist and a graduate of Point Park University, where I first dove into the anatomy, kinesiology, and true breakdown of how we move our bodies. Since moving to New York in 2014, I have expanded my knowledge of the body by pursuing dance professionally and taking a multitude of dance, cycle, yoga, pilates, and other strength training classes.

I graduated from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences where I gained advance knowledge in Swedish massage, Shiatsu, myofascial release, sports massage, trigger point release, and assessment techniques. There I graduated Suma Cum Laude and had the privilege of holding externships with the Hospital of Special Surgery and the NYC marathon. All of this experience has allowed me the opportunity to connect with different bodies and gain proficiency in my practice.
