Take the G Train to Greenpoint Avenue. Walk towards the water, passing Manhattan Avenue, and Franklin Avenue.

We are located on the right side at 37 Greenpoint Ave, between Fraklin and West. Our buzzer code is in your email confirmation address. 2nd Floor, Suite 217. Reminder: we are by appointment only and cannot accept walk ins.

One of her primary interests lies in structural integration and osteopathic bodywork. She was a national team member athlete and has experienced both receiving and giving massage for athletic performance, injury prevention, and recovery. She creates individualized sessions in deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger-point, Swedish, shiatsu, and energy methods. She also specializes in prenatal massage and lymphatic drainage.

She is a practicing martial artist in the Taoist tradition of Wudang Pai, and draws from this in helping clients develop postural awareness and self-correction. Her goals are to help you find release and recovery. She graduated from the Swedish Institute and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New York. She speaks English and German.

Mark came into bodywork through his years as a Martial Arts practitioner, competing in a multitude of disciplines. Finding himself in constant injuries, massage therapy inevitably became part of his recovery. Graduating from the Swedish Institute in 2000, his practice assimilates active release techniques, sports therapy stretches and deep tissue techniques. Adapting to the needs of his clients the goal is seeing them enjoy the simple movements of life. Mark has also developed a practice in prenatal care that includes take at home tips and techniques to teach partners how to help through the pregnancy.

Kat is a NY state licensed massage therapist and an alumni of the Finger Lakes School of Massage. In her practice she holds a safe space for clients. She meets everybody and body where they are. She offers Swedish strokes with Kinesthetic Awareness through Movement, Connective Tissue Therapy, Reflexology, and heavily integrates other modalities tailored specifically to each body. She studied at Finger Lakes School of Massage where she was taught the importance of balance within the mind, body, and soul. Jon is a board certified massage therapist who graduated from New York College of Health Professions and is continuing his education towards a Bachelor in Acupuncture. He specializes in acupressure, thai massage, cupping, aromatherapy, and deep tissue. Experienced in an acupuncture clinic setting, Jon is well versed in both relaxation and medical massage. When deemed appropriate, therapeutic joint movements and muscle stretches may be integrated with each tailored massage treatment. Jon believes this only furthers the quality of the treatment and overall quality of life with each of his clients. Outside of work Jon enjoys fitness, nutrition, and collecting crystals.

Hui Ling “Sharon” Lam is an NYC based Licensed Massage Therapist from Malaysia. Having been introduced to massage at a young age, Sharon has always been a fan of massages and incorporates massage therapy into her own physical and emotional health regiment. Sharon is a graduate of Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Her massage training is enriched by her participation in community outreach programs such as the Tunnel to Towers program (a 5K run and walk dedicated to the memory of Stephen Siller, a firefighter who lost his life on September 11, 2001) 2016 and 2017, and the Womenkind (previously New York Asian Women Center) outreach program at PCOM in August 2017. Sharon began training as an aerialist with a focus on aerial silks and aerial hoop (lyra) in 2015. She is also a Yoga and Aerial Yoga instructor, receiving her certifications from Warrior Bridge and Om Factory respectively. Sharon is also certified in Prenatal Massage under the instruction of Kiera Nagle, creator of MaMassage® and Assistant Dean of PCOM. She continuously strives to provide therapeutic experiences with a client-centered approach and enjoys working with athletes, high mobility clientele, and Weekend Warriors.
